Job Title: Technical Help Desk Associate
Responsibilities:
- Providing product and technical support to customers on the telephone.
- Resolving customer queries with the resources available to him/her.
- Escalate any query that he/she is unable to resolve, to his/her immediate seniors.
- Filing a call summary at the end of each call.
- The employee will report to the Team Lead.
Desired Profile:
- A fresh Commerce Graduate (BCom, BBA or BBM).
- Commerce graduates with around 1 year’s experience and final year students who are expecting their results are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of basic Accounting and Finance.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Selection process:
Candidates are required to take a written test of approximately 30 minutes duration followed by a personal interview. The written test comprises of questions on accountancy, finance and general aptitude. The candidates are also required to write a short passage to test their writing skills.
