Job Title: Senior Associate - Technical Help Desk

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Technical Help Desk Associates.
  • Resolving any customer queries that may be escalated to him/her.
  • MIS and reporting.
  • Responsible for the performance of the entire team.

Desired Profile:

  • A Commerce Graduate (BCom, BBA or BBM) with good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
  • At least 2 year’s experience in a call center.
  • Through knowledge of the functioning of a call center.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team building and leadership skills.

Selection process:

Candidates are required to take a written test of approximately 30 minutes duration followed by a personal interview. The written test comprises of questions on accountancy, finance and general aptitude. The candidates are also required to write a short passage to test their writing skills.
